The first-round draw for the All-Ireland SFC qualifiers will take place this morning on RTÉ Radio 1’s Morning Ireland.

The format is simple – there will be 16 teams in a straight draw with no restrictions.

The A and B split system for the qualifier draws introduced in 2014 has been removed.

The first team drawn will have home advantage, unless a team that were in Division 3 or 4 of the Allianz Football League this season are drawn against a Division 1 or 2 team, in which case the lower ranked team will have home-field advantage.

The teams in the draw are: Mayo, Tyrone, Cavan, Armagh, Limerick, Waterford, Louth, Offaly, Wexford, London, Antrim, Derry, Westmeath, Wicklow, Meath and Kildare.

It is pencilled in for 8.35am with RTÉ Sport’s Darren Frehill and will also be broadcast on RTÉ News Now television and the app.

The matches are due to take place on 9 June.
