Killyclogher (Tyrone) 2-10 Cargin (Antrim) 1-08

A superb goal from Mark Bradley set the tone for Tyrone champions Killyclogher as they swept aside the challenge of Cargin in Healy Park.

The visitors had made a decent start, building a 0-02 to 0-00 lead in the early stages, but Bradley wiped that out with a brilliant 13th-minute effort that seemed to lift his whole team.

James Carlin found the net four minutes later to help Killyclogher to a 2-02 to 0-05 half-time lead.

It was nip and tuck on the turnaround, but a couple of Bradley frees got the hosts motoring again.

A late Cargin goal put a gloss on the scoreline – in reality however, Killyclogher always had their opponents at arm’s length.
