Kilmacud Crokes produced a powerhouse performance to dump All-Ireland senior club football champions Ballyboden St Enda's out of the Dublin SFC on Saturday afternoon.
Paul Mannion's first-half goal proved crucial as his side kicked on to beat the All-Ireland champions 1-14 to 0-09 in their round two collision at Parnell Park.
In a close first half, Mannion - fresh from helping Dublin capture Sam Maguire - hit the net to ensure his side led 1-04 to 0-06 at half-time.
Barra McGarry's score levelled things up just after the break but that proved to be the catalyst for a barsntorming Kilmacud finish.
Led by the inspirational Mark Vaughan, they kicked eight points without reply to march into the quarter-finals and send reign as Dublin, Leinster and All-Ireland champions Ballyboden packing.
Full time in Parnell park. @Bodengaa 0-09 @KCrokesGAAClub 1-14. Hard luck to our guys, beaten by the better side today. Well done to Crokes
