Daly and Lohan are former All-Ireland winning team mates with the Banner, while Dunne claimed the Liam MacCarthy trophy with Tipperary.
Daly and Lohan were part of the Clare team that won the All-Ireland in 1995 and 1997, while Daly managed the side from 2003 to 2006, leading the county to the semi-finals in 2005 and 2006 where they were defeated by Cork and Kilkenny.
The Under-21 management team of Donal Moloney and Gerry O'Connor are also nominated on a joint ticket.
It is not yet known if any other candidates are in the running, with the board expected to progress the process in the coming days ahead of their October meeting.
