Mayo goalkeeper Rob Hennelly has said he still believes he has something to offer his side following his crucial second-half error in Saturday's All-Ireland final replay defeat.
The Breaffy man had served as understudy to David Clarke for much of this year's championship, but was a surprise starter for the replay.
However, the day did not go to plan and Hennelly was dismissed early in the second half after he spilled the ball and then dragged down Dublin forward Paddy Andrews, giving away a penalty in the process.

Posting an image of the moment referee Maurice Deegan showed him the black card on Instagram this afternoon, Hennelly said "I'll never be able to fully describe what was going through my head at this moment.
"What I was expecting to be one of my best days turned out to be the opposite, and it breaks my heart that I didn't come through for my team and county."
Following this year's All-Ireland Under-21 final, which Mayo won, Hennelly took to social media to reach out to Cork goalkeeper Anthony Casey, who came in for criticism for his performance in that final.
I think it has to be said that Anthony Casey is a fine keeper with a big future and today won't define him or his career by any means.

In his statement today, Hennelly added: "I told a brilliant young man Anthony Casey that that one game wouldn't define him, and today, and probably for a while to come, I'll be telling myself the same thing.
"It is not a good place to be, but I know I have to come back from it, I still believe I have something to offer this team and my county, so now is not the time to relent."
Blaming @RobHennelly for @MayoGAA loss is pathetic! Took guts to step in on a last minute call from management! Top keeper and gent!💪🏽

Hennelly also thanked his friends, family, teammates and supporters for their support in the aftermath of the final.
