Mattie Donnelly will be fit for Tyrone’s All-Ireland SFC quarter-final against Mayo on Saturday.
Manager Mickey Harte confirmed that the All Star midfielder has been cleared to play following the concussion he suffered when playing for his club Trillick at the weekend.
Donnelly has been given the green light to resume training and will be available for selection for the clash at Croke Park.
"He has got clearance now, it will be nine days since his hit before he goes into any contact again," Harte said.
Saturday’s game has a 4pm throw-in, with Dublin v Donegal to follow at 6pm.
