Johnny Magee will continue as manager of the Wicklow footballers for another year.
Delegates refused to ratify the former Dublin footballer as this month’s county board meeting, which lead to a specially arranged meeting this week.
And club delegates voted 33 for to 18 against for Magee’s term to continue for a third year.
Wicklow exited the Championship with a disappointing 1-17 to 1-12 defeat to neighbours Carlow in round 1A of the qualifiers, while they were eliminated from the Leinster Championship by Laois on a scoreline of 3-16 to 0-18.
The Garden County finished fifth in Allianz League Division 4, and Magee’s aim next year will be to gain promotion to Division 3.
