The Trillick clubman picked up a head injury during a league game against Errigal Ciarán on Sunday.
Donnelly, a 2015 All Star, is a key player in Mickey Harte's squad that is seeking to reach a consecutive All-Ireland semi-final.

He was black carded for a bodycheck in the recent Ulster final win over Donegal, though many felt the intent of Donnelly was debateable.
Tyrone will face either Mayo, Westmeath or Cork in the last eight.
In other football news, the Clare county board are expected to appeal Cathal O'Connor's sending off against Roscommon in Round 4A of the qualifiers on Saturday evening.
The Banner midfielder received red for what was deemed a high and reckless challenge on Niall Daly. However television pictures have since proved that O Connor firstly made contact with the ball.
The Clare board will appeal in the hope that the Coolmeen player will be available to face Kerry in next Sunday's All-Ireland quarter-final at Croke Park.
