Mayo will be appealing the red card handed out to Kevin Keane during their win against Donegal in the All-Ireland football quarter-finals.

Keane was sent for an early shower for appearing to strike Michael Murphy.

Keane will appear in front of the Central Hearings Committee this week ahead of their clash against Dublin on Sunday week.

Meanwhile, Tyrone's Tiernan McCann will have his appeal against a proposed eight-week ban for diving heard tomorrow.
