Roscommon’s Senan Kilbride and Waterford’s Kevin Moran have been named as the GAA / GPA Opel players of the month.
Kilbride starred as Roscommon won the Division 2 football title, scoring four points in the final against Down.
Déise captain Moran helped his county to win their first hurling league title since 2007 with a 10-point victory over Cork.
Waterford also won promotion to Division 1A.
