Paul Brady continued his amazing run of success on the US Handball Race4Eight tour when he routed the field once again in Houston, Texas.

And the 35-year-old Cavan man is not done yet, asserting afterwards that his aim is a 10th US Nationals title in Los Angeles in June.

"I'm probably more relaxed than I ever was. I still have some goals I want to achieve.

“Obviously I want to try to win a tenth Nationals, I'm confident that if I hadn't broken my finger and missed the Nationals in 2010 that I'd be going for my 11th.

"So for myself, I want to win another one," stated Brady after his final demolition of Seattle's Sean Lenning, which was broadcast on ESPN.

The former Breffni footballer dismantled Californian Emmet Peixoto in the semi-final before trouncing Lenning - who had been in the best form his career - 15-6, 15-6 in a one-sided final.

Brady will return to the States for the next stop of the tour in San Francisco in three weeks - in the meantime, he was due to fly home.

"I am back to work on Tuesday," said Brady, a primary school teacher in Cavan.

"I have to watch that, I have to factor that in, rest up a bit more between tournaments.

"This tournament is worth a month's training. I have to just watch my training and make sure I don't burn out."
