Waterford senior hurling selector Nicky Cashin has resigned in a further blow to manager Michael Ryan.
Nicky Cashin joined the management set-up in October with new team manager Ryan.
It's understood he is citing a number of reasons for his decision, including issues with the Waterford County Board.
Waterford face a crucial National League game against Galway this Sunday.
