Australia will play a UCC/CIT XV in an International Rules warm-up match on Wednesday evening in Páirc Uí Rinn.
The Cork team is made up of students from UCC and CIT and contains a number of inter county stars.
The college team will be managed by Des Cullinane and Keith Ricken.
Juveniles will be admitted free on the night with adults asked to make a donation to local Cork GAA charities.
The match is a warm up for the International Rules Series between Ireland and Australia, which will take place in Limerick on Saturday 23 October and in Croke Park on Saturday 30 October.
