The GAA have confirmed that Pearse Stadium in Galway will host the first International Rules game this October.
The opening game of this year's series will be held at the Galway City venue on the weekend of October 28/29 and may be played under floodlights.
The second match will take place a week later on the weekend of November 4/5 in Croke Park, and could also be played under lights if floodlights have been installed in time. If not, the game will take place on the Sunday afternoon.
