AFL Premiership winner Tadhg Kennelly is undecided as to what he will do when his contract with Grand final winners Sydney ends next year.
The 24-year-old, who helped the Swans end their 72-year Premiership drought last Saturday by kicking a goal against West Coast, flies home to his native Kerry next week with much to ponder.
The Swans re-signed the former Kerry minor and Under-21 on a three-year deal back in 2003 that keeps him in AFL until the end of next year, but will the lure of an All-Ireland senior medal prove too strong?
Following his best season as an Aussie Rules half-back, Kennelly still has his sights set on emulating his father Tim and brother Noel in winning an All-Ireland senior medal.
"The All-Ireland is still the big ambition, there will always be something missing. At the very least, I'd love to at least try for one with Kerry," he told the Kerryman newspaper.
"My contract is up at the end of the year with the Swans and I don't know what to do yet. I'll be home for the next few weeks and I'll be talking to a few people about it."
A more pressing matter is next month's International Rules series and Kennelly, a squad member in 2001, 2002 and 2004, is a dead cert to be included in Ireland manager Pete McGrath's travelling party of 26 on Monday.
