GAA chief Kelly reveals his backroom team

New GAA President Sean Kelly today announced details of the members of thevarious committees, work groups and task forces for his term of office.

Pauraic Duffy, the former Chairman of the Games Administration Committee, will now be Chairman of the Coaching and Games Development Committee. Frank Burke of Galway will be Chairman of the Referees' Committee, and Pat Dunny of Kildare is Chairman of the new Hurling Development Committee. A Club Planning/Dev' Committee has been appointed under the Chairmanship of Pat Fitzgerald, while Con Hogan will helm the Strategic Review Committee.

A Public Relations and Presentation Task Force has been appointed under the Chairmanship of long time Cumann na mBunscol activist Jerry Grogan. A task force to oversee a review of the Rule Book has been appointed under the Chairmanship of Cork's Frank Murphy. Stephen Banaghan of Roscommon will oversee the work of a task force appointed to examine the problem experienced by 'weaker counties' and the issue of club fixtures will be addressed by a task force under the Chairmanship of Longford's Albert Fallon.
