GAA: Hierarchy meet to discuss Leinster proposals

GAA chiefs meet tomorrow to consider the Leinster Council's new format for the next Hurling Championship. Under the plan Kilkenny and Offaly will qualify straight into the semi-finals with Wexford, Dublin, Laois and the Kehoe Cup winners battling for the other two places in an earlier round-robin stage. The draw for next summer's championship will take place next Saturday.
