Armagh manager Kieran McGeeney, while praising his side's demolition of Down in the Ulster SFC semi-final, also accentuated that the triumph was just another step on the championship journey.
Aside from the opening ten minutes in Clones, the Orchard County were utterly dominant, notching an eye-watering tally of 3-33. A return date to St Tiernach's Park beckons on 17 May, with Monaghan the opposition in the Anglo Celt decider. It's a fourth consecutive appearance in the provincial showpiece for McGeeney's men as they look to end a run of three heartbreaking defeats and so claim a first title since 2008.
Speaking to RTÉ Sport, the Armagh boss summed up the rout of the neighbours by saying: "It's just the win. We're into the Ulster final again. That's just the main thing. The scoreline probably doesn't reflect either team. Down's victory over Donegal took a lot of energy. We all know Donegal are probably the best team in the country at the minute.
"To play the following week, we knew that would have an impact. So we'll not be putting too much into it. Conor [Laverty] is doing an unbelievable job there. All of us have games that get away from us, it's no reflection of either team. We just had a momentum where we were able to score."
Armagh boss Kieran McGeeney had sympathy for Down, feeling they were drained of energy going into today's Ulster semi-final.

On his side's ability to keep the scoreboard ticking, McGeeney added: "Some things go for you; we were clinical today and our efficiency was good. The opening ten minutes wasn't good. McKay (Aaron) cleared one off the line when they were five-two up, so the game could have taken a different direction.
"We got on top, we got a couple of scores, and the boys kept their foot on the pedal. Down's energy was sapped a bit with that game last week, an unbelievable game of football in the way they played."
Ahead of facing the Farney, 'Geezer' continued in the rather low-key approach.
"We will have to keep down and try and focus and be ready for the next game. Monaghan will have no fear of us."
