Tailteann Cup newcomers Clare will host Offaly in Round 1 as the draw for the 2026 competition was made this afternoon.
Paul Madden's side, who performed creditably against Kerry on Saturday, will host Offaly in their first ever Tailteann Cup game.
The Banner have reached the last three Sam Maguire competitions via the Munster finals, having beaten Cork in the semi-final in 2023 but missed out on this occasion after drawing Kerry in this year's semi-final.
Elsewhere in Round 1, Division 3 finalists Wexford face last year's Tailteann Cup runners-up Limerick.
The draw paired Division 2 bound Wexford against a Limerick side who toppled them in last year's Division 4 decider, Jimmy Lee's side subsequently embarking on a run to the Tailteann decider where they were narrowly beaten by Kildare.
Oisín McConville's Wicklow, who came so close to a seismic shock against Dublin, are away to Laois.
Whichever one of Westmeath, Down or Cavan winds up in the Tailteann Cup will host Steven Poacher's Leitrim, who made life extremely uncomfortable for Galway in Carrick-on-Shannon on Saturday.
If Westmeath fail to beat Kildare in next weekend's Leinster semi-final, they will face Leitrim in the Tailteann. Should they win and reach the Leinster decider then Down come up short against Armagh in the Ulster semi-final, then Conor Laverty's team will once again be in the Tailteann, despite their stunning upset of Donegal in Letterkenny on Sunday.
Should both Westmeath and Down win their provincial semi-finals, then Cavan - who finished sixth in Division 2 - will enter the Tailteann and face Leitrim in Kingspan Breffni.
Fermanagh host Longford in Brewster Park, while Carlow are at home to Antrim.
Sligo, who narrowly survived in Division 3 before their defeat to Leitrim, are at home to Tipperary.
London travel to Fraher Field to take on Waterford.
The winners of the eight ties will progress to Round 2A, with four teams from that stage advancing to the Tailteann Cup quarter-finals.
The eight losers of the Round 1 ties will face off in Round 2B, after which the four losers of those ties will exit the championship.
The four winners of the Round 2B ties will face the four losers of the Round 2A ties, the winners of those ties advancing to the quarter-finals.
