Meath are likely to play their home league clashes at Croke Park next season as Páirc Tailteann undergoes redevelopment.
A number of venues, included Cusack Park, Kingspan Breffni and Parnell Park, are understood to have been considered, but Croke Park has emerged as the preferred venue, although it has not been officially confirmed as of yet.
Robbie Brennan's side, who have added former Armagh star Aaron Kernan to their backroom team in the off-season, will play in Division 2 in 2026 having just missed out on promotion last time out.
A number of improvements are due at the Navan venue, most noticeably the destruction of the current stand and the building of a new 5,000-seater stand.
Other works set to be undertaken include improved accessibility and upgrades to dressing room facilities, floodlighting and media infrastructure.
With an expected building timeline of 18 months, it means Meath will also be set to play their 2027 league games at a different venue, yet to be confirmed.
