GAA teams: Damien Comer and Shane Walsh named to start for Galway

Galway will be boosted by the availability of Shane Walsh and Damien Comer

Galway have named both Shane Walsh and Damien Comer in their full-forward line for Saturday evening's All-Ireland SFC quarter-final against Dublin.

While Comer made his comeback from injury in last week's win over Monaghan, the site of Walsh limping off with an ankle injury must have had fans wondering if Padraic Joyce's team were cursed, given their injury woes this year.

However Joyce has been able to name both his influential forwards in his starting 15 for the Croke Park showdown with the reigning All-Ireland champions - Comer coming in for Cein Darcy in a rejigged forward line.

Elsewhere Sean Mulkerrin replaces Johnny McGrath in the half-back line.

Dublin are unchanged from their last outing - the pulsating draw with Mayo in the group stage, where the reigning All-Ireland champions needed a last-gasp point from Cormac Costello to snatch a share of the spoils after a rip-roaring collision at Dr Hyde Park.

That meant that Dessie Farrell's team finished top of Group 2 on scoring difference and qualified directly for the All-Ireland quarters.

He'll have the likes of Paul Mannion, Jack McCaffrey and James McCarthy to call on from the bench as the Dubs aim to keep the defence of their crown on track at Croke Park.

David Clifford will be hoping for more of the same against Derry after last year's semi-final showing

Kerry have named the same team that outclassed Louth for Sunday's All-Ireland SFC quarter-final clash with Derry at Croke Park.

The Kingdom sealed top spot in Group 4 with a 14-point win over the Wee County in O'Moore Park and will now look to end Derry's summer for a second successive year as they target Sam Maguire.

A full-forward line of David Clifford, Seán O'Shea and Paul Geaney will be tasked with outgunning the Oak Leaf County, who lost to the Kingdom by two points in last year's All-Ireland semi-final.

Mickey Harte makes one change to the team that started against Mayo in the preliminary quarter-final.

Derry kept their championship alive with a nerve-shredding penalty shootout victory against the Green above the Red.

That was a win that took the heat off Harte, who had endured plenty of criticism following a rocky showing in the group phase.

A triumph on Sunday would be fairly emphatic evidence that reports of Derry's demise may have been exaggerated.

Eunan Mulholland replaces Emmet Bradley in their sole forwad line tweak for this one.

Kerry: Shane Ryan; Tadhg Morley, Jason Foley, Tom O'Sullivan; Paul Murphy, Gavin White, Brian Ó Beaglaoich; Diarmuid O’Connor, Joe O’Connor; Tony Brosnan, Paudie Clifford, Dara Moynihan; David Clifford, Seán O’Shea, Paul Geaney.

Subs: Shane Murphy, Dylan Casey, Cillian Burke, Mike Breen, Sean O'Brien, Adrian Spillane, Barry Dan O'Sullivan, Killian Spillane, Stephen O’Brien, Dylan Geaney, Graham O’Sullivan, Darragh Roche, Armin Heinrich.

Derry: Odhrán Lynch; Conor McCluskey, Chrissy McKaigue, Diarmuid Baker; Conor Doherty, Gareth McKinless, Eoin McEvoy; Conor Glass, Brendan Rogers; Ethan Doherty, Ciaran McFaul, Paul Cassidy; Eunan Mulholland, Shane McGuigan, Lachlan Murray.

Subs: Ryan Scullion, Emmett Bradley, Declan Cassidy, Mark Doherty, Shea Downey, Ruairi Forbes, Donncha Gilmore, Niall Loughlin, Danny McDermott, Cormac Murphy, Niall Toner.

Ronan Daly is in for the Rossies

Roscommon manager Davy Burke has made one change to the side that knocked Tyrone out last week for Saturday's quarter-final against Armagh.

Ronan Daly comes in for Dylan Ruane, lining out at centre-back as Ultan Harney moves up to centre-forward.

Orchard County boss Kieran McGeeney has also made one switch to his team, Paddy Burns coming into the full-back line in place of Ciaran Higgins.

Stefan Campbell, who scored the equalising point against Galway that sent Armagh through as Group 1 winners, is again on the bench, as is Connaire Mackin, who returns after serving a suspension.

Armagh: Blaine Hughes; Paddy Burns, Aaron McKay, Peter McGrane; Barry McCambridge, Tiernan Kelly, Aidan Forker; Niall Grimley, Ben Crealey; Oisin Conaty, Rian O'Neill, Joe McElroy; Rory Grugan, Andrew Murnin, Conor Turbitt.

Jason McGee (R) is among the Donegal substitutes

Donegal have made one change for Sunday's clash with Louth.

Jim McGuinness recalls Dáire Ó Baoill to the half-forward line in place of Odhran Doherty.

Midfielder Jason McGee has recovered sufficiently from the hamstring injury that kept him out of the final group game against Clare to take his place on the bench.

Louth boss Ger Brennan has kept the faith with the same XV that stunned Cork to seal a first All-Ireland SFC quarter-final appearance.

Donegal: Shaun Patton; Mark Curran, Brendan McCole, Eoghan Bán Gallagher; Ryan McHugh, Caolan McGonagle, Peadar Mogan; Ciarán Moore, Michael Langan; Shane O'Donnell, Ciarán Thompson, Daire Ó Baoill; Paddy McBrearty, Oisín Gallen, Niall O'Donnell.

Subs: Gavin Mulreany, Caolan McColgan, Stephen McMenamin, Odhran Doherty, Conor O'Donnell, Jeaic MacCeallbhuí, Jason McGee, Hugh McFadden, Jamie Brennan, Aaron Doherty, Charles McGuinness.
