The AIB All-Ireland intermediate football final will see Cill na Martra from Cork take on Armagh's Cullyhanna after respective wins over St Kevin's Castlerea and Kildare outfit Allenwood.

Cill na Martra edged the Roscommon champs by the bare minimum - 2-10 to 0-15 - at Laois Hire O'Moore Park. A brace of goals ten minutes into the second period were key.

Micheál Ó Deasúna netted first after Ciarán and Daniel Ó Duinnín combined well to set him up. Thirty seconds later came another green flag; Maidhcí Ó Duinnín capitalised on a poor restart to set up Daniel Ó Duinnín, who calmly poked the ball home. Cill na Martra were now 2-08 to 0-08 ahead, but only added two more points to their tally.

Darren McDermott, Padraig Joyce, and Shane Keenan kicked vital points for St Kevin's as they narrowed the gap to two. Jack Keane and Eoghan O'Connell spurned goal chances for the westerners, with a converted free from Adam McDermott leaving the bare miniumn between the sides after six minutes of injury time.

Cullyhanna had a goal to spare over Allenwood at Páirc Tailteann, prevailing 1-11 to 0-11.

Ross McQuillan’s green flag just seconds after the break was the key score, this after Cullyhanna had two great chances to find the Allenwood net in the opening half.

Johnny Doyle kicked two points for the Kildare club, just weeks out from his 46th birthday. Aidan Nugent fired over three points for the winners.

Cavan's Arva and Listowel Emmets from Kerry are through to the AIB All-Ireland junior football final.

Arva accounted for Kildare's Miltown on a 2-16 to 1-07 scoreline at The Downs in Mullingar.

Barry Donnelly's first-half goal, after an exquisite delivery from Kevin Bouchier, helped the side from the Breffni County establish a 1-08 to 0-04 advantage at the break. A somewhat fortuitous goal from Ronan O'Shea gave Listowel some hope on the resumption but Arva always looked in control, with Bouchier, who kicked seven points, Donnelly and Jonathan McCabe keeping the scoreboard ticking over.

Sub Paul Finnegan netted Arva's second goal late on to close out the 12-point victory.

At Glenisk O'Connor Park, Listowel Emmets were too good for Mayo's Lahardane MacHales, winning by 1-11 to 0-03.

Ahead by 1-08 to 0-01 at the break, the second period was a mere procession for the Kingdom side.

Bryan Sweeney capitalised on a short kickout to net Listowel's goal on 19 minutes, while David Keane chipped in with five points. Darragh Walsh and James Maughan raised white flags late on for the westerners.

Croke Park will host the junior and intermediate deciders on Sunday 14 January.
