On the first Monday in January, history will be created when inter-county football goes indoors at the NUI Galway Connacht GAA Air Dome in Bekan, Co Mayo for the meeting of Sligo and Leitrim in the Connacht FBD League.

Reporter Mike McCartney travelled to Mayo this week for RTÉ's Saturday Sport and spoke to Connacht GAA secretary John Prenty, Sligo manager Tony McEntee and Sligo goalkeeping coach and former Donegal All-Ireland Paul Durcan to find out more.
