Armagh 0-10 Louth 0-08
Armagh will play Division 2 football next season after gaining promotion with a 0-10 to 0-08 win over Louth at the Athletic Grounds.
The sides were evenly matched in the first half, with Armagh’s Jamie Clarke missing a penalty as the teams went in at the break at five points apiece.
The game was tied at 0-08 late on but scores from Aidan Forker and Ciaran O'Hanlon meant that the majority of the 4,384 attendance went home happy and can look forward to playing in the second tier next season.
