Donegal's Rory Kavanagh has announced his retirement from inter-county football.
Kavanagh, 32, revealed his decision to call it a day in the Donegal Democrat on Wednesday.
The 32-year-old's retirement is the first from the team that won the 2012 All-Ireland Football Championship.
Kavanagh featured for Donegal on 132 occasions; he will continue to feature for his club St Eunan's, Letterkenny.
In addition to his All-Ireland title, Kavanagh claimed three Ulster titles and a National Football League medal.
