Kildare will host DIT and Dublin will travel to Meath for next weekend's Bord na Móna O'Byrne Cup semi-finals after the concluding round of group games on Sunday.
In a top of the table Group B encounter at St Conleth's Park in Newbridge, Darroch Mulhall registered 0-09 as Kildare claimed a 0-21 to 1-05 win over UCD.
The Lilywhites led by 0-11 to 1-02 at half-time, with Dublin's Ryan Basquel delivering the only goal in the 34th minute for the students.
Elsewhere in the group, Hugh Gahan and Sean Gannon netted first-half goals in Carlow's 3-08 to 1-12 win over Louth.
DIT booked a place in their first ever semi-final after a 1-12 to 1-09 win over IT Carlow.
The Dublin college led by 1-05 to 1-04 at the break, with Paul Brogan netting their goal.
Also in Group D, Wexford claimed a 2-15 to 2-11 home win against Wicklow in Gorey.
In Group A, a last-gasp Emmet Ó Conghaile point handed Dublin a 1-12 to 1-11 success over Laois in Portarlington.
The sides were tied at 0-06 apiece at half-time, with Dean Rock and Donal Kingston leading Dublin and Laois's scoring respectively.
The Dubs pushed 0-10 to 0-07 ahead on the restart, but a Brendan Quigley goal edged the midlanders 1-10 to 0-11 in front in the 66th minute.
Kevin McManamon responded with a penalty goal for the visitors, and although Kingston equalised with his seventh point, there was time for Ó Conghaile to slot over a late winner.
In the same group, Offaly were never troubled in their 1-17 to 0-03 win over Maynooth University in O'Connor Park.
Willie Mulhall netted the only goal after 51 minutes, which handed Pat Flanagan's charges a 1-11 to 0-03 lead at that stage.
Meanwhile, Westmeath claimed back-to-back wins in Group C, with a 2-11 to 0-10 win over Longford at Ballymahon.
