Former Mayo star Liam McHale has joined Terry Hyland's Cavan football management team as player performance coach.
In addition, former Killeshandra and Cavan Gaels player Kevin Downes joins the team as a selector while Eoin Maguire takes up the post of strength and conditioning coach.
Anthony Forde and Padraig Dolan continue their roles as selectors.
McHale was recently overlooked by his native county when they chose Pat Holmes and Noel Connelly as their new management team over McHale and Kevin McStay.
