Donegal assistant manager Rory Gallagher and two other members of the senior footballer's management team have resigned from their posts.
Gallagher, video analyst Maxi Curran and Francie Friel have stepped down with immediate effect.
It is expected Donegal will issue a statement later today, according to the Donegal Democrat.
McGuinness confirmed last weekend that he will continue in his role as manager for a fourth year and news of the exit of three key members of the Donegal set-up comes as a major surprise.
