Kildare footballer Seanie Johnston has transferred back to Cavan, RTÉ Sport understands.
Rumours had been circulating in recent weeks that the forward would seek a return to his native county after a controversial move to Kildare last summer.
KFM radio station tweeted that Johnston’s club in Kildare, St Kevin’s, have granted a transfer request.
