Ciaran McManus is mulling over a return to inter-county action with Offaly. The 36-year-old retired after the 2011 championship after 15 years service with the Faithful county.
McManus is currently doing exams and sources claim he will make a decision about a return to the fold once they are completed.
Offaly had a poor league campaign which saw them drop to Division 4.
They face Kildare in their Leinster championship opener on 17 June.
