Seamus McEnaney will continue as Meath football manager next season, with Graham Geraghty acting as one of his selectors.
Assistant manager Tom Keague was also approved by the county board at a stormy meeting on Monday where letters from two of McEnaney's former selectors - Liam Harnan and Barry Callaghan -were read out.
In his letter, Harnan said the management team during this year's league campaign was "malfunctioning" and he accused McEnaney of having his own "personal agenda"
Callaghan also painted a picture of a dysfunctional management and the background by which Graham Geraghty was recalled to the squad was something he did not approve of. Both he and Harnan were informed of Geraghty's return to inter-county action by text.
Seamus McEnaney did not face a vote of confidence at the meeting, with the board insisting that a review of his stewardship should not take place until next year.
