8 min Long move from Tyrone as they pass it close to the Dublin goal. Eventually you feel they will lose the ball and Kevin Hughes had to shoot under pressure. The Hill greet the shot with delight as it's off-target.
6 min Lovely work by Barry Cahill, showing composed play on the right and picking out Diarmuid Connolly superbly. Connolly took his time and picked his spot between the posts. Dublin 0-02 Tyrone 0-02

2 min This could be a classic. Bernard Brogan is picked out by his brother and forces Pascal McConnell into a fantastic save. McConnell had to be at full-stretch to knock past the post.

1834 Joe Brolly is part of the panel today with Colm O'Rourke and Pat Spillane. O'Rourke believes Tyrone are fantastic value at 6/4 with the bookmakers. Pat Spillane is talking up the chances of a red card being shown. Given the conditions now, after such heavy rain, it might not be a bad shout.

1800 I fancy Dublin to win by six to eight points this evening. My colleagues have varying opinions and we had a long debate about this morning on Twitter, resulting in a small wager. Who else thinks the Dubs will put in their best performance of the year so far in this game? That probably isn't saying much though.

1545 Walking by Croke Park earlier there was an eerie silence around the stadium. I suppose it is to be expected seven hours before throw-in. But I couldn't help think about what it would be like this evening. The stakes are so high for Dublin and Tyrone. It should be a cracker.
