Kerry have named their team to face Tipperary in the Munster Senior Football Championship quarter-final clash with Tipperary in Killarney this Sunday.

Eoin Brosnan returns to the Kerry team, and with it Championship action, after three years out.

Bryan Sheehan becomes the latest midfield candidate to attempt to fill the boots of the retired Darragh Ó Sé.

Dr Crokes’ Kieran O'Leary starts at corner forward, offering the forward a chance to stake his claim for a Championship starting berth, following an impressive series of performances in training.

Former Kerry captain and fashionista Paul Galvin has to be content with a place on the bench following a series of injuries.

Michéal Quirke returns to the subs’ bench having not featured in the league, while Dingle’s David Geaney could count himself unlucky not to feature in the starting team following an impressive league campaign.

Colm 'Gooch' Cooper captains the Kerry team for the first time in the Championship, in what is the 27-year-old's tenth season of top-tier action for the county.

Kerry will be looking to avenge the defeat of their minor team to their Tipperary equivalents last Wednesday evening.
