Louth have won the Allianz League Division 3 title. The Ronan Carroll goal swung the game in the Wee County's favour and they capitalised on it with some quick point straight afterwards.
Westmeath's exertions on the approach to half time were not replicated in the second period and Louth ran out desrving winners.

Half-time Louth may wonder how they're trailing at half-time but the truth is that, after a shaky start, Westmeath finished the half strongly and, under the guidance of Conor Lynam and Denis Glennon, managed to take most of their opportunities in the 10 minutes leading up to the break.

18.58 After Longford's comfortable Allianz League Division 4 victory over Roscommon, it's now time to turn out attention to the clash between Division 3's top sides, Westmeath and Louth.
