Wicklow boss Mick O’Dwyer is expecting a testing encounter against Carlow in Sunday’s Leinster Senior Championship match, live on RTÉ.ie.
The Garden County enjoyed a favourable year in the 2009 Championship and are firm favourite to advance in this clash.
O’Dwyer told www.hoganstand.com: ‘We have no special plans for the game other than get out and beat them and that's it. It will be touch and go.’
‘It will always be close between Carlow and Wicklow. It's a local derby and local derbies are always close. But we are hoping we will put on a good show and that is the most important thing. That's what we've been preparing for all year.’
