Cavan manager Tommy Carr has said forward Seanie Johnston will be fit to face Fermanagh in the Ulster Senior Football Championship on Saturday.
Johnston was injured in training last week, but Carr was quoted in Tuesday's Irish Independent as saying he will return in time for the Fermanagh clash.
'It's a tight hamstring but I am confident Seanie will be OK,' Carr said.
Carr will, however, be without Michael Lyng, while Jason O’Reilly (hamstring) is a serious doubt.
Carr’s Fermanagh counterpart, Malachy O’Rourke, has been boosted with the news that Barry Owens and Ciaran O’Reilly are fit for Saturday’s clash.
