Tyrone defender Conor Gormley has said he has no complaints about his dismissal in Sunday's Ulster Championship win over Armagh.

Gormley was warned about his conduct by referee Pat McEnaney before he was sent-off for picking up a second yellow card in Clones.

Gormley said: 'There were a couple of times I shouldn't have fouled.

'Nobody wants to get a red card. It's a learning point for me. I take it on the chin.'

It was a mixed day for Gormley, as he had earlier scored his first Championship goal and Tyrone's second of the game before he was dismissed.

Gormley's manager Mickey Harte also had no grievance over the dismissal and commended McEnaney for his handling of the game.

Harte said: I say congratulations to Pat McEnaney. I think he handled the game excellently.

'He was totally consistent and you knew what you were getting from him. I couldn't praise him enough. He made that game.'
