Paul Bealin has stepped down as Wexford senior football manager after two years in charge.
It is thought that Bealin resigned following a disagreement with the county board over training.
Bealin, an All-Ireland winner in 1995 with Dublin, thanked the players and backroom staff for their efforts and said: ‘You never know whether you will be able to do it until you make the step upand I really enjoyed my time with Wexford.’
Bealin refused to rule out a return to inter-county management.
