Tyrone manager Mickey Harte has made five changes for the trip to Limerick and a crucial NFL clash with the Treatymen at the Gaelic Grounds.

Joe McMahon is fit again following specialist surgery on a groin problem in a Munich hospital, and comes in at full back in place on injured Cormac McGinley.

One other change in defence sees McMahon’s younger brother Justin included at half back, with Dermot Carlin dropping back to the corner, and Mickey McGee making way.

Up front, Niall Gormley gets his league debut, while Ryan Mellon and Kevin Hughes are also drafted in.

Hughes plays at full forward, with Stephen O’Neill shifting to centre forward. Brian Dooher is the only attacker to occupy the same position he started in the home defeat to Donegal last time out.

Tyrone team: P McConnell, R McMenamin, Joe McMahon, D Carlin, D Harte, C Gormley, Justin McMahon, P Donnelly, Kelvin Hughes, B Dooher, S O’Neill, R Mellon, N Gormley, Kevin Hughes, E McGinley.
