The Dublin County Board Games Administration Committee have agreed dates for the county's SFC semi-finals after it held a meeting on the controversial issue today.

On Thursday next, 26 October, Kilmacud Crokes will play UCD, with the other semi-final taking place on Bank Holiday Monday, 30 October, between Na Fianna and St Vincent's.

The GAC took the decision to move the latter fixture from Friday, 27 October, so that Ireland captain Kieran McGeeney could focus completely on his preparations for the first International Rules Test in Pearse Stadium next Saturday.

The Armagh man is a key player for the Dublin club but can now turn his full attention to the first International Rules clash.
