Kerry will be hoping to get off to better start than they did last weekend when they take to the field in Páirc Uí Caoimh for the replay of the Munster SFC final at 3.30pm on Sunday afternoon.
The Kingdom were a major disappointment in Killarney and were only saved by a questionable refereeing decision to disallow Cork a late and dramatic winning point.
They need a much improved performance from their forwards and a greater urgency throughout the side.
Cork shocked a lot of people last weekend but, like Mayo in Connacht, they have integrated under-21 stars into the senior side with great results. If they can get at the Kingdom in the early stages they may start to pull away.
Normally the favourites are expected to win a replay with ease but that does not look on the cards here. Cork have gained serious ground on their fierce rivals and the home support should inspire them to edge out Kerry – just.
Verdict: Cork
