Monaghan supremo Seamus Mc Enaney has made two changes to the team that overcome Wicklow in the last round of the All-Ireland qualifiers.
Vincent Corey has recovered from injury and takes his place at left half-back while Eoin Lennon has been named at midfield. Donal Morgan and Brendan Mc Kenna revert to the bench.
Eoin Duffy, who made his debut against Wicklow, retains the corner-forward berth.
In the substitutes, Keith Sheerin has opted out of the panel and is replaced by Nicholas Corrigan, a regular over the last four seasons.
