Stephen O'Neill has a fighting chance of playing against Laois on Sunday week, according to Tyrone manager Mickey Harte.

O'Neill suffered a recurrence of a hamstring injury in the drawn tie against Louth.

Colin Holmes was due to have a scan today on a knee injury which forced him out after just 15 minutes of last Saturday's replay win over Louth but a degree of optimism surrounds the outlook for the midfielder.

Conor Gormley, who suffered concussion in that match, will be available to face Laois men, as will Gerard Cavlan, who is making good progress in his recovery from a groin injury.
