Tyrone suffered a major blow ahead of the championship as Brian McGuigan broke his leg during a club match on Sunday.
All-Star centre forward McGuigan was in action for Ardboe against Dromore when he suffered the injury in an accidental collision with an opposing player.
The game was abandoned after an ambulance was called to take the 25-year-old to hospital.
The sides were level at seven points each, with just five minutes to play, when the incident occurred.
McGuigan was a key figure in both of the Red Hands' All-Ireland wins, in 2003 and again last year.
They are due to begin the defence of their All-Ireland title in four weeks time when they meet Derry in the Ulster Championship at Omagh.
Manager Mickey Harte faces a huge task in reshaping his team, now that he has lost a key figure in his set-up.
