Galway manager Peter Forde has kept faith with the starting XV that disposed of Mayo so impressively for Sunday's Allianz National Football League final against Kerry at the Gaelic Grounds in Limerick.
Paul Clancy and Niall Coleman will again form the midfield partnership, while Matthew Clancy, Derek Savage and Michael Donnellan fill the half-forward slots. Michael Meehan, Padraic Joyce and Sean Armstrong continue in the full-forward line.
Kerry manager Jack O’Connor has also maintained his starting XV from their 1-15 to 0-10 victory over Laois last Sunday.
Centre-back Seamus Moynihan has secured his place in defence after impressing since his return to the side in recent weeks, while Marc Ó Se continues at full-back in the absence of Michael McCarthy.
Seasoned performers Eoin Brosnan and Mike Frank Russell are on the bench once again with O'Connor continuing to put faith in Bryan Sheehan and Ronan O'Connor.
Meanwhile, Limerick County Board secretary James Hartigan said they were expecting an attendance in the region of 12,000 to 14,000 for Sunday's NFL final between Kerry and Galway at the Gaelic Grounds, which has a 5.30pm throw-in.
The delayed start, he said, was almost certain to affect the attendance.
