Offaly have made four changes to their side to face Monaghan on Sunday at 2.30 in Tullamore.
Out goes goalkeeper Padraig Kelly, injured Karol Slattery, John Reynolds and forward Colm Quinn.
Kevin Meehan is named between the posts, Seán Casey fills in for Slattery and Leonard Mooney starts in the full-forward line.
Ross Connor starts in midfield while Neville Coughlan moves to the half-forward line in place of John Reynolds.
