Three players saw red at Celtic Park as Derry maintained their winning start to NFL Division 1B with a 1-14 to 2-07 win over Armagh.
The Oak Leafers roared back after leaking first half goals to Brian Mallon and Stephen McDonnell, and losing Patsy Bradley to a straight red card early on.
Mallon’s effort was cancelled out by an Eoin Bradley green flag but McDonnell’s goal and three Oisin McConville points saw Armagh lead 2-05 to 1-04 at the interval.
Armagh then lost Francie Bellew and Andy Mallon to second bookable offences. A six-point burst with Paddy Bradley and Enda Muldoon hitting two apiece saw Derry resume control.
