Tyrone's Colin Holmes has been suspended for four weeks for his part in the 'Battle of Omagh' last Sunday.

Holmes, who received a straight red card in Sunday's scrap with Dublin, had his ban imposed at a meeting of the GAA's central disciplinary committee (CDC) last night.

The CDC confirmed that deliberations on other aspects of the game, including the sanctions to be imposed on the other players to be dismissed, are ongoing.
