Ten of the team who played in last September's All-Ireland final will start for Tyrone against Dublin on Sunday.
Three more of the Sam Maguire Cup winning side will be on the bench at Healy Park, further evidence of Mickey Harte's determination to make a serious challenge for the NFL title.
After using the Dr McKenna Cup for experimentation, Harte has gone for arguably the strongest team he could have picked at this point in the season.
Former minor star Raymond Mulgrew makes his league debut at wing forward, while two players who opted out of the 2005 season, Gerard Cavlan and Dermot Carlin, are back at centre forward and wing back respectively.
Ciaran Gourley, who also missed most of last year through injury, plays at centre back, while Conor Gormley has been selected at full back, with Joe McMahon on the bench.
Tyrone team: P McConnell, R McMenamin, C Gornley, M McGeem, D Harte, C Gourley, D Carlin, B Meenan, C Holmes, R Mulgrew, G Cavlan, S Cavanagh, R Mellon, S O'Neil, O Mulligan.
