Ulster manager Brian McEniff was forced tonight to delay naming his team for Saturday’s M Donnelly Interprovincial football final against Leinster.

News of the outcome of Enda McNulty’s appeal against a red card picked up in the semi-final was not available, while injuries to Tyrone pair Brian Dooher and Stephen O’Neill were also causing concern.

Dooher received a knock to the knee while playing for his club Clan na nGael last weekend, while O’Neill is experiencing tightness in a  hamstring.

McEniff said he was acutely aware that both players are due to play for Clan na nGael in an important league game less than 24 hours after the Parnell Park floodlit decider.
